VEXISX is software. Plans are delivered digitally to your VEXISX account the moment your payment is confirmed; no physical goods are shipped.
01What We Deliver
A VEXISX plan is a set number of AI sessions, valid for 30 days, added to your VEXISX account. You use them in the VEXISX app at app.vexisx.in and see them in your account on vexisx.in. There is no physical product and no shipping address is needed, so no shipping charges apply.
02When It Is Delivered
Delivery is instant. As soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, the sessions are added to your account and appear in the app (Settings → Plan) and in your account on vexisx.in, usually within a few seconds. A confirmation of the payment is shown on screen, and the payment appears in your account’s payment history.
03Using VEXISX
VEXISX runs in your web browser at app.vexisx.in; there is nothing to download or install. Signing in is free; a plan is needed to use its AI features beyond the free trial.
04If Delivery Fails
If your payment was taken but the sessions do not appear in your account, contact us with the Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_). We will add the sessions or, if we cannot do so within 2 working days of you telling us, refund the payment in full, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
